The idea for Never Go Alone was born in early 2022.  We were working hard in our travel business, waiting and hoping that the world of travel would return to what it once was pre-Covid.

Except…it didn’t.

Instead, demand had surged (along with prices), travel partners continued to grapple with staffing and supply-chain issues, and we, as advisors, arrived at the hard reality that our jobs had likely changed forever, and now came with new challenges. A lot of them.  While we were grateful to have come out the other side of Covid, we had so much to do to create a new way of working that meant we could still perform at a high-level, create magical experiences for our clients, and have a life of our own (that didn’t involve waking up at 2 a.m., worrying how we would make it through another day).  After months of re-imagining our work processes and procedures from the ground up, we began asking questions like:

✨ “What if there was a support system that worked as hard for travel advisors as they work for their clients?”  

✨ “What if there was a community—built for travel advisors, by travel advisors —where every email template, social media graphic, legal document, and tech resource was available, on-demand?”

✨ “What if we could connect with like-minded advisors, ask questions, and get feedback relative to the type of trips and clients we were planning for?”

✨ “What if we allowed our members to ask for the resources they most need, and then built them on demand, the way a bespoke agency would do?”

✨ “What if we made it all available for a single monthly subscription rate less than $100?”

After nearly a decade of creating magic as a travel agency, we decided that the next iteration of our company would be in providing tremendous support for the travel advisor community.   

To that end, we have spent the last year creating a vault of resources and templates to address every aspect of your business.  Client emails?  We have dozens of templates.  Webinar with attorneys?   Happening every quarter.  Employee handbook?  Imagine 65 pages of rich and brilliant information you can quickly implement for your team.  Social media?  Beautiful, customizable templates are updated each month.  Connection with other travel advisors by service niche, trip budget, client identity?  We have created a gorgeous, organized space to gather and connect (and it is not on Facebook).  And this is just a small sample of what we have created to support you!
